In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration John F. Kennedy Space Center, located at Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA KSC") and Space Coast Machinist Apprenticeship Program, Inc. located at 2501-D Sand Trap Ln, Melbourne, FL 32935-3569 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "SCMAP"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
