This TRADEMARK & CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between the party/person identified in the signature block below (“Licensor”) and Grind Media, LLC (“GRIND”). Licensor and GRIND shall be referred to collectively hereinafter as the “Parties.” As used herein, “Effective Date” means the date on which the last signature is indorsed on this Agreement to make this Agreement legally binding against both parties.
