Coaching Contract – AdultCoaching Contract • May 1st, 2012
All Client services are by appointment only. Coaching appointments (“Appointments”) (which may be in-person, by telephone, by video conference or by any other similar method agreed upon by Coach and Client) are reserved for Client. Coach reserves the right to bill Client in full for a missed Appointment, if the meeting is not cancelled at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled time. Client is expected to be available, prepared and on time for all Appointments. Appointments may end at the scheduled time whether Client was on time or not and will not be prorated if Client is late.
