This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated into the services agreement between Oyster HR, Inc. and the customer (“Customer”), who have entered into a services agreement (“Agreement”). Oyster and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”.
