This Amended Crude Oil Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered effective as of April 1, 2012, by and between BP Products North America Inc. (“Seller”) and Calumet Superior, LLC (“Buyer”). This Agreement incorporates the Special Provisions attached hereto, the January 1, 1993, Conoco General Provisions—Domestic Crude Oil Agreements (“General Provisions”) with noted modifications. Each of Seller and Buyer may be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
