This Contract Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of April 1, 2022, to the Laboratory Equipment and Supplies, Contract No. 41120000-20-ACS (“Contract”), is made by and between the State of ffFlorida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C., (“Contractor"), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
