To sell items on MassGenie.com, also referred to as the “Site”, you (“you” or “seller”) must agree to the MassGenie Seller Agreement (“Agreement”), which includes our privacy policy and other terms and conditions. By listing an item for sale on MassGenie, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and MassGenie, Inc. (“MassGenie” or “we”).
