This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern the use of, and the terms and conditions upon which ZenPayroll will provide to you, certain payroll processing, payroll tax service and other related payroll services (collectively the "Service"), which is provided through ZenPayroll's website and/or mobile application operated by ZenPayroll.
