Licensee, or person who is receiving a license to use the IP. Agreement and the License shall thereupon forthwith terminate and come to an end without any need for notice to Licensee. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this agreement and the terms contained on any purchase order sent by you, the terms of this agreement will apply. Such provisions shall be reformed only to the extent to make it enforceable. Representative during the Term of this Agreement, any licensed property covered by such license agreement shall also be deemed a New Licensed Property for purposes of this Agreement and shall be added to Exhibit B attached hereto.
