This Agreement is made and entered into this day of February, 2021 by and between the City of Woodland, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and Spencer Building Maintenance, Inc., a corporation (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
