THIS COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is entered into as of February , 2023 (“Effective Date”), between the SCHOOL BOARD OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE, VIRGINIA (“School Board” or “Owner”), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and BRANCH BUILDS, INC. (“Contractor”), a Virginia stock corporation. The School Board and Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
