On behalf of the minor child, I request Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC ("IMS" or "Event Promoter") to provide the minor child with credentials which will authorize the minor child to have access to certain race track premises or testing facilities, including certain restricted areas, spectator viewing and parking areas, and all other areas requiring a ticket or credential for admission (in each instance, the “Track”) and to participate in the Battle at the Brickyard at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway or other IMS-approved activities at a Track or otherwise, including without limitation, compatibility tests, promotions, private tests, open tests, registrations, inspections, practices, qualifications, races, including pre and post race ceremonies and activities, and award ceremonies as well as in connection with any and all other activities relating to the Battle at the Brickyard (collectively, the “Event”).
