This Student Credit Recovery Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed as of this 5th day of February, 2021, by and between Conejo Valley Unified School District ("District"), a public school district, and Vista Real Public Charter, Inc. (“Non Profit”), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation which operates Vista Real Public Charter (“Charter School”). The District and Charter School are individually a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
