Any other oral or written agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement are of no force or effect after the effective date of this Agreement. In the event that any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative.
