THIS GRO RESEARCH AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“SEC”), a Korean corporation with offices at 129, Samsung-Ro, Yeongtong-Gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-Do 16677, Korea, by and through its R&D Center, Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (“SAIT”) (collectively, “SEC”) and Name of University , an American academic institution with offices at Address of University (“University”). SEC and University may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
