This Administrative Services Agreement ("Agreement") between UMR, Inc. and City of Joplin, MO (“Customer”) is effective January 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement covers the services UMR is providing to Customer, either directly or in conjunction with one of UMR’s affiliates, for use with Customer’s Self-Funded employee benefit plan.
