Annual Fee: Each year, Member will be required to pay an annual facility maintenance fee in addition to their monthly dues for programs, equipment, classes, facility upgrades and maintenance. The Annual Fee is due and payable each year on the 1st day of the third month, in accordance with the month of your membership enrollment date, so long as the membership is in effect.
