This LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), shall be effective as of the date listed on the Term Sheet (the “Effective Date”), which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, by and between Jonesy Collective Inc., a not-for-profit corporation formed under the laws of the State of Florida and located at 11470 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (“Licensee”), and the party identified on the Term Sheet (the “Licensor”).
