This Interlocal Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", is made and entered into by and between Clark Public Utilities, a public utility district of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as "Clark," and the City of La Center, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as the "City," for the purpose of providing street light maintenance and other street-light related work as requested by the City.
