This Agreement by and between the NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS), acting through the Director, Region 1 – National Capital Area, and the COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA (the “County”), acting through its County Manager (individually, NPS and the County referred to as “Party”, collectively as the “Parties”) sets forth the terms by which the County will contribute funds toward mitigating impacts to and around NPS property from construction and implementation of the Crystal City to Ronald Reagan National Airport Multimodal Connection (“CC2DCA”) Project.
