THIS CONTINUING DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (this “Disclosure Agreement”), is executed and entered into as of June 1, 2010, by and among the ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, a public body, corporate and politic, organized and existing under, and by virtue of the laws of the State of California (the “Commission”), U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, in its capacity as trustee (the “Trustee”), and URBAN FUTURES, INC., in its capacity as Dissemination Agent (the “Dissemination Agent”).
