This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) relating to the 2020 Update to the 2018-2020 New Hampshire Statewide Energy Efficiency Plan (the “2020 Update Plan”) is entered into this 12th day of December, 2019, by and among: Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp. (“Granite State”); Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. (“UES”); Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy (“Eversource”); and the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc.
