These terms and conditions apply to the Cboe Europe Index Licence Order Form and form part of the Cboe Europe Index Licence Agreement (the “Index Agreement”) by and between Cboe Europe Indices B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registered company number 76666727 whose registered office is located at Gustav Mahlerlaan 1212, Amsterdam 1081 LA, each trading under the name Cboe Europe (“Cboe”) and the Recipient, as defined in the Cboe Europe Index Licence Order Form (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
