By purchasing and/or using Illumino® products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for Purchase and/or Use of Illumino® Products and Services (“Agreement”). This Agreement must be read, signed or electronically consented to by Customer in order for Customer to receive the Illumino® products (the "Products") purchased hereunder and/or prior to Customer’s participation in any Illumino® training course(s) (“Course(s)”) and governs Customer’s: (1) Use of Illumino® Products; (2) Use of Illumino® Marketing Materials; (3) Illumino® Training and Certification; (4) Confidentiality; (5) Limitation of Liability; Indemnification; and Disclaimer of Warranties; and (6) General Terms.
