Box 40326 – 00100, Nairobi (together with its assignees and successors) of the one part, and the Board of Directors/Council of The National Council for Children’s Services(hereinafter referred to as the “the Board” / “The Council”, a State Corporation having its registered office at Social Security House (together with its assignees and successors) of P.O. Box 6446 – 00100, Nairobi of the other part.
