£2,150.00 including VAT, 10amp electric hook- up, and the initial siting of the caravan on the seasonal pitch. Any additional adjustments to this position may incur a further charge. A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 is required to book a pitch. The balance MUST be paid on or before 1st April 2021. We reserve the right to re-let the seasonal pitch without refund if the balance is not paid prior to the season start date.
