This Agreement (Agreement) is entered between ACOM Health and the End User, defined as an individual who accesses, uses, or manipulates the ACOM Health RAPID Software (Software), and/or an End User as defined per the American Medical Association Current Procedural (AMA) Terminology (CPT) Editorial Content License below (also, Party, or collectively, the Parties). In consideration of the mutual forth, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
