These Affinity Master Terms (the “MSA” which, taken together with the Order Form, shall constitute the “Agreement”), effective as of the applicable Order Form term as set forth herein (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Project Affinity, Inc, a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 170 Columbus Avenue Floor 3, San Francisco, CA 94133 (“Affinity”), and the individual or entity listed on the Order Form as “Customer” (“Customer”). Affinity and Customer shall herein be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
