INSURANCE COMPANY (“Company”) to solicit the coverages set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (such coverages are hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as ("Company Business") and, if applicable, to make the appointments as set forth in this Agreement (“Agreement”).
