This Agreement incorporates by reference any and all Schedules executed by the parties. Capitalised terms used herein not otherwise defined in this Agreement are those as defined in the applicable Schedule(s). Should there be a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Schedule, the terms of the Schedule shall prevail.
