*Vehicles/property need to be marked clearly with name, cell phone number and move out date on the hitch or front window, 5th wheels must be marked on hitch so we can see easily from the front. Blue painters’ tape and a sharpie work well. *This is an agreement to rent indoor non heated space only. No bailment is created hereby. All Risk of loss is assumed by renter. *Renter agrees to carry his/her own liability and comprehensive insurance to protect against theft, pilferage, fire, windstorm, water damage, hail, vandalism or any other acts of nature causing damage to renter’s property. *As renters of Space the facility owner cannot and will not be responsible for loss of any kind, and it is mutually understood that renter herby releases facility owner from any and all liability. *Winter Storage term is from September 29th or the day unit is dropped off, until the renter requests it out or June 2nd. *Renter has no access to the buildings or unit while in storage. *Facility owner will be
