Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Amendment”), BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) and Actel Integrated Communcations, Inc. (“Actel”) hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated July 17, 2000 pertaining to the States of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee (“Interconnection Agreement”).
