The purpose of this agreement is to provide guidelines and working procedures between local education agencies of Santa Barbara County and the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County, Inc. Migrant/Seasonal Head Start Program for the provision of services to preschool children eligible for special education in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, under IDEA law of 2004 and the Head Start Law of 2007.
