THIS UL STANDARDS ACCESS AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of December 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ULSE Inc., a Delaware nonprofit nonstock corporation (“Licensor”) and UL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensee”).
