This contract (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day of August, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Tenex Software Solutions, Inc., a Florida corporation, having its principal place of business at 5021 W. Laurel St., Tampa, Florida 33607 (“Tenex” “Vendor" or “Company”), and Blaine County, Idaho (“Customer”), and governs the provision of the Precinct Central ePollbook Solution (the “Solution” as defined herein) by Tenex to Customer, and the use of the System (as defined below) by Customer, together with related services provided by Tenex to Customer, all in accordance with its terms. For convenience, Tenex and Customer are sometimes referred to in the Contract Documents as “Parties”.
