This Financial Audit Services Contract (Contract) is made by and between the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), acting administratively on behalf of the Board of Trustees (Board) for the Mississippi State Agencies Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Trust (Trust), the Office of the State Auditor (OSA), and ______________________________ (Auditor), under which the Auditor agrees to provide services to the Board beginning August 15, 2019, subject to the following terms and conditions under which the Auditor agrees to provide services to the Board relating to its self-insured workers’ compensation program.
