This agreement (“Agreement”) effective as of the latest date on the signature block on the last page hereof (“Effective Date”) describes the terms and conditions under which NewRocket (UK) Limited (Company Number 06316811) (“NewRocket”) will perform Services and provide certain Deliverables to [ ]1 Company Number [ ]2) (“Client”) as described in any Statement of Work (“SOW”) between the parties. This Agreement, together with all SOWs, which are incorporated into the Agreement, represents the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter described in any SOW.
