The conditions applying to projects under this schedule are as listed in the NPA, the National Land Transport Act 2014, Notes on Administration and other relevant legislation. Where projects have other specific conditions attached they are listed below. Agreed funding splits between governments for each project are reflected in the schedule. Where the state or other contribution is to be determined, the Australian Government commitment is nominally predicated on a contribution of 50 per cent in urban areas and 80 per cent in regional areas, with individual project negotiations to be confirmed.
