This Community School Contract (the "Contract") is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code, effective July 1, 2016, by and between the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation (hereinafter the "SPONSOR") and the Governing Authority (hereinafter the "GOVERNING AUTHORITY") of the Phoenix Commuity Learning Center, located at 3595 Washington Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229 (hereinafter the "Community School").
