This SIGNAL Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between SIGNAL and the customer (individual or entity) that has purchased a subscription to SIGNAL (“you” or “your”). “SIGNAL” means the SIGNAL entity designated on the applicable Ordering Document. “Ordering Document” means any order on a SIGNAL order form which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) your initial access to SIGNAL through any online provisioning, registration or order process, or (b) the effective date of the first Ordering Document referencing this Agreement.
