COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) is present in our region and is being transmitted via community and person-to-person contact. The Marin Community College District is taking precautionary measures in accordance with public health officials in an effort to protect the health and safety of our students and employees. This agreement is an acknowledgement that you will adhere to the following safety measures. This must be completed before you can come to campus for your course requirements. You will complete this form for each course in which you are enrolled with in-person instruction.
