These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) will apply between Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc., an Illinois Corporation (“Licensor”) and Licensee. These General Terms will be effective as of the Effective Date. Agreements to license additional Software may be accomplished by executing additional License Schedules incorporating these General Terms.
