REVISION #04 TO PROJECT ASSIGNMENT AMMENDMENT PAA - 07Project Assignment Amendment • December 18th, 2018
This revision to the Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011 and as amended on February 10, 2015. By this reference, the Agreement is incorporated herein as if set forth in full. This revised PAA supersedes and replaces the entirety of the PAA dated March 18, 2016, Revision #01 dated March 18, 2016, Revision #02 dated December 13, 2017 and Revision #03 dated April 12, 2018 relating to the Assigned Project described in Paragraph 1 of this revised PAA.
