In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center, located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "GSFC HSD") and The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder, on behalf of its Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics, located at 3100 Marine Street, 572 UCB, Boulder, CO 80303-0001 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "LASP"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
