This Grant Amendment (the “Amendment”), dated as of April 13, 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), is by and between the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (the “CFE Fund”) and the City of San José, a municipal corporation (the “Grantee”), and reflects that the CFE Fund is providing additional grant funding and an extension of the Summer Jobs Connect Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”).
