The Council of the Township of South-West Oxford, at its November 5, 2024, regular meeting, approved the exchange of approximately 2.932 acres of Township-owned land from the existing park on the east side of Mount Elgin Community Centre for approximately 2.932 acres of Phase 1 privately-owned Mount Elgin Heights subdivision land to develop a new expanded park on the southwest side of Mount Elgin.
