Can we retrofit current s4 just by removing printer, adding EMV and Contactless? Flowbird can provide blanking template for current S4 doors to remove the printer functionality. EMV reader can be installed where the current magstripe reader is installed. The current doors are not prepared for contactless, to install contactless readers five holes will have to be drilled/manufactured in the door. The contactless reader would protrude out from the door. x are all retrofits compatible with MP104 (including bringing into ADA)? The S4 retrofit doors are ADA compatible with the current pedistal purchased after 2009. The S5 door is only ADA compatible with the super short pedestal released in 2020. please clarify 4g modems and if these are included in upgrade, or which cale modems are 4g compatible (e.g. on the s2 are they?, I think on s4 they are 4g) 4G LTE modems are not included in upgrade price.
