For good and valuable consideration, including without limitation, the opportunity to appear or be considered for an appearance in a photograph, audio and/ or audio-visual production created by the South Carolina Baptist Convention or its or their respective successors and assigns (collectively, “SCBC”), I grant SCBC the right and permission to make, create and record still photographs, audio and/or audio visual recordings, and/or motion pictures of me and to use my voice, statements, name (including a fictitious name), image and likeness for any purpose deemed appropriate by SCBC in its good faith judgment, including without limitation for publication, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, commercial, advertising, or any other purpose.
