This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Customer and BramJam, LLC., a Georgia Company (“BramJam”), with its principal place of business at 668 Flat Shoals Road, Concord GA 30206. BramJam and Customer agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided under this Agreement and Orders placed thereunder.
