This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Nebraska Machinery Company dba NMC, Inc., 401 NW 56th Street, Lincoln NE 68528, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated October 16, 2023 executed under City Directorial Order No. 31027, and County Contract C-23-0830, dated October 17, 2023 for Annual Supply – Caterpillar Filters, Bid No. 23-281, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
